First, read this: Why it's better to pretend you don't know anything about computers.
When random people - such as my cleaning lady's husband - ask for help with computer problems, they are almost always using Windows. So I can say, quite honestly these days, "Oh, I don't know much about Microsoft Windows, I only have a Mac and it is really different". And I am saved from a world of continuing pain.
When non-computerish friends and relatives do ask me for help in choosing a computer, I always recommend getting a MacBook. Because I just know there will be far fewer requests for free technical support afterwards.

My how you have changed from that Windows/Dell closed mind evangelist of a few years ago - hardly recognise you!
@Tiff,
I think you are confusing me with somebody else. I deny everything. I have an alibi. Those girls you saw me with were my accountants.
Ahah, we were all donks regarding Windows vs Mac some time on our lives. Since I upgraded from a PC to an iMac in 2007 I just forgot how to work with Windows..but it's still nice to laugh at the ones who still think Microsoft is best :D
@Steve,
you were the only one who didn't suss that they weren't really girls!
I've been using macs since they came out (I worked as a grunt on the 1984 ad) and have never looked back. Of course I have had to learn windows but it's not the same, but like Steve I deny, deny, deny.
