was it you that once said, "if software needs a user guide then you are using the wrong software" ????
;-)
@Tiff,
I believe you've confusen me with my evil doppelganger, who also posts to this blog. :-)
Nice docs! I've skimmed through to see if I could learn anything (I did ;-), and noticed a couple of typographical errors...
- p. 11, "When you have purchased or Poker Copilot..." seems to be missing a word.
- p. 23, under BB/100: "then your winnings for that hands is 23" should be "then your winnings for that hand.."
- p. 23 under VPIP: "The lower this value, the tighter the you."
- p. 24 has HTML character codes at several points (including paragraphs for AF, BSA, and CR).
- p. 29, para 1 under VPIP: "a value of 0 means that a player doesn't play any hand" should be "any hands".
- p. 42, second sentence: should be "their change throughout time", unless you meant to refer to the chart changing through time.
- p. 46, have you considered making variable names like playersummary stand out by changing their font?
- p.47, Full Tilt should be capitalized.
This is just a quick scan, I probably missed a few others. Typos aside, I love the look of the documentation. Was that done in Pages?
The HUD works fine in cash game, but it is always in "No HUD Data" whenn playing any type of tournaments.
Is it only me or is there a tip ?
@Winawer,
Thanks for the listing the errors you spotted. I've passed this on to the docs writer. He used some markup tool whose name I forget, which auto-generates both the HTML and the PDF.
@BatsaxIV,
This problem usually happens when you are using PokerStars in a language other than English. If that's your case, then try changing PokerStars into English.

Steve
