First, I feel I should make sure you are aware of the UltimateBet scandal. I'm surprised UltimateBet managed to survive the scandal, trust being paramount when playing online poker.
I recently investigated adding UltimateBet support to Poker Copilot. The good news is it seems feasible. The UltimateBet client is HUD-able. The hand histories are stored locally. I can't determine from hand histories whether a table is full-sized or 6-max, though.

Will I still be able to see the other player's hole cards?
It's sort of like buying a refurbished system from Apple. The thorough testing they do after repair means the product is less likely to have defects than a random "new" system. UB had to put in a whole new layer of security controls after the scandal, now they're as trustworthy as any other site, and perhaps more trustworthy than some of the smaller sites.
But all of that pales in comparison to this fact: UB is the only place you can play poker with Tiffany Michelle lol.

Does Pokercopilot have UB support? It looks like it does, but with some problems. Also does it work with MTTs or just with ring games? Please let me know, I'd like to purchase.

Sort of. The latest update is the first official update to have UB support. It only works with ring games currently.
You can download the 30-day trial to see if works for you.
