If you've tried the experimental new Poker Copilot HUD that I made available yesterday, you would have noticed that the HUD only shows on one window at a time. You have to click on a Full Tilt table window to move the HUD to that window.
Naturally it would be better if the HUD showed on all visible windows. And this is my aim. But to make a complex task achievable I've broken it into bite-sized pieces. For now, the morsel I'm working on is what I call "single-window mode".

About This Blog
In May 2008 I started working on Poker Copilot, initially as a product to help me with my own poker playing. Soon I joined a "30-day Challenge", where the participants each aimed to launch a software product in 30 days. As a result of this challenge, Poker Copilot version 1.0 was launched in July 2008.
This blog tracks the ongoing development of Poker Copilot. Who would find this blog interesting? People interested in 1-person software development, in Poker, or in both.

i've tried the new HUD... i think it's on the right track... some suggestions you maybe already thought of:
i'd love to be able, to change the position of every single display just by dragging it, and it would remember that position. that way i could easily adjust for another table theme. and even in the classic table theme i'd prefer slightly different positions, especially when i have choose more than 3 stats in the preferences.
also, it would be nice, if i could adjust the units. for example create a display like: 24 / 15 / 15 ... because it's tinier and easier to read for me... but everyone should be able to create their own format, just by dragging and dropping their percentages into a field and adding text between them, kind of like customizing a toolbar in OS X, but with customizable text-fields as well...
and if i could also add graphical bars as i'm used to from the old HUD... but maybe i'm asking too much of santa...
Hey Anonymous,
Thanks for the feedback. Over time most this stuff will happen. I especially am keen to allow people to drag stats around just the way they want them.
Hi Steve,
Great stuff!!
One remark: If I change the placement of the HUD's using the little arrows and then switch to another table, Copilot doesn't remember the position changes I made when I return to that table. So now I have to sit at the same position on every table...
Cheers,
XJH
Hi XJH,
Thanks for the feedback. What you asked for is coming but probably later rather than sooner.
Regards,
Steve
