Some people have reported that the new HUD doesn't work. If this is your experience could you please send an email to support@pokercopilot.com, with more information about what doesn't work?
For example, does the "Show HUD" button show something? Do you see the "No HUD Data yet" info? Does the HUD Info window show up, with information about the table you are playing?

I cannot get the NEW hud to work. At least the classic HUD is working again. I'm the Anonymous guy who told you it stopped working a few days back. I'm on my PPC iBook and will check on my Intel MacPro soon.
I used to get "no data" message but now I get nothing at all. Full Tilt Poker. New HUD worked before 10.5.6. Anything else for me to look out for?

OK, tried it out on my Intel MacPro. I got an error that said "turn off avatars and restart full tilt poker." I did not get this error on my PPC iBook. Then I get the same error, "No HUD Data Available Yet"

Hi Steve,
I left a comment a week ago regarding my trial copy & problems with HUD.
Did try what you suggested and also tried everything else I could find but still only getting message:
"HUD searching for tables, may take a few minutes" then no stats ever show up.
When I did a search it said it could find FullTilt but not my stats... but they are all there already & I have it enabled at FT.
Everything else is working fine :)
Hope I can get HUD soon as finding the rest of Poker Copilot amazing!
HUD works fine for me. It sometimes takes a few minutes after I start playing to show up, but it works. I've got a 12" PowerBook G4, running Tiger. Works with both PokerStars and Full Tilt.
Thanks for a great piece of software!

Hello. the HUD has been working for hte past 4 days since i got the trial. now when i push, "show HUD" nothing happens. literally nothing except for the button i put my mouse on the "Show HUD" turn blue and when i take my mouse off of it, it goes back to grey. my time zone and time are set correctly on my computer. please help!
