Poker Copilot has no user guide and no context-sensitive help. Why? Because I believe that if users need documentation then I've missed my goal of making Poker Copilot dead easy to use.

Hi Steve,
I've not used the proggy and I don't play poker, but I've gotta say I find the conclusion a little alarming. Even if you've met your design goal (and I'm not doubting that for a minute), it's a matter of polish and I think a help file adds to that "professional" image. While you and I and lots of others mightn't need help there is always going to be somebody who does.
Lastly - publishing your help file online is a great SEO generator for your website. Considering the number and dollars with respect to the kind of keywords you would be looking to garner clicks from that may well turn out to be an edge you shouldn't ommit.
Scott, don't be so alarmed. I'm simplifying my argument somewhat to make my point clear.
However, I didn't think of the SEO angle. That's some good food for thought.
